Mr.P.Kamat the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file writ petition for enforcement of the directions, in writ petition no.126/1996, since it is pointed out that the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority(GCZMA) is not a party in the said petition.

2. It is the case of Mr.P.Kamat, the learned Counsel, that the GCZMA is equally bound by the directions issued in the order dated 29.06.2000 in writ petition no.126/1996. Leave is granted with liberty as prayed for.
