This is an application for stay of the impugned judgment and decree dated 16.03.2013 in Civil Suit No. 8/2008, by which, the original defendant nos. 25 to 50 are declared as owners of an area admeasuring 519 square metres from Chalta no. 118 of P.T. Sheet no. 207 of Margao city. The impugned judgment and decree further directs the name of the Government of Goa to be deleted from the survey record in respect of Chalta no. 118 of P.T. Sheet no. 207 and the name of the original plaintiffs being substituted.

2. I have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. First Appeal challenging the said judgment and decree is already Admitted. In such circumstances, the present civil application is disposed off with a direction not to carry out deletion of the name of the Government from the survey record, in respect of Chalta no. 118 of P.T.
