OCTOBER 09, 2019 P.C.:- Learned Advocate General appears for the Respondents and states that the Petition may be disposed of recording undertaking of the Respondents that within one week from today the application filed by the Petitioner seeking study leave is processed and study leave granted to the Petitioner for the reason the Petitioner desires to obtain a Masters Degree in Environmental Architecture from Dr. B.N. College of Architecture, District Pune, Maharashtra. She

wp891-19-dt. 09-10-19 sought necessary permission from the Principal of the Government Polytechnic Panaji, where she is currently working as a Lecturer in Architectural Assistantship. Her request seeking permission was accorded approval on 25 th July, 2019. Needless to state, to undergo Masters Degree at Pune, the Petitioner has to be physically present at the College of Architecture at Pune.

Till the Petitioner is sanctioned study leave, her application seeking Earned Leave will not only be processed, but Earned Leave shall be granted to her forthwith.

We dispose of the Petition binding the Respondent to the statement made by their Counsel. No costs.
