2. For the reasons set out in the Misc. Civil Application, we consider it appropriate to allow the same. Accordingly, we direct the registry to either re-validate the bankers cheque issued on 22nd February, 2018. If this is possible or in the alternate to retain the custody of the said bankers cheque, which is to be found annexed to this application and thereafter issue a fresh bankers cheque consistent with the order made by us on 20th December, 2017. This exercise to be completed within two

MCA/955/2019 weeks from today. If the Applicant submits necessary NEFT/RTGS details, the registry is at liberty to transfer the amount by that mode as well.

3. The Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
