The Misc. Civil Application No.53/2023 (F) is not on board. However, with consent, the same is taken up for disposal. 2.

The Contempt Petition seeks action for non-compliance with the directions in our Judgment and Order dated 10.10.2022. The Misc. Civil Application seeks extension of time to comply with such directions.

For the reasons set out in the Misc. Civil Application, extension of eight weeks as prayed for is hereby granted. Consequently, even the contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.

Mr. Rodrigues points out that the petitioner has not even been paid the original regular salary. The learned Advocate General states that though this was not the subject matter of the

original petition, he will find out and resolve the issue at the earliest.

Accordingly, the Contempt Petition and the Misc. Civil Application are disposed of.
