By this early hearing application, the respondent no.1 has prayed for fixing Writ Petition for hearing on a fixed date, high on board. It is stated that the respondent no.1 is a senior citizen, aged about 86 years and that he has been diagnosed with serious health ailment for which he had undergone treatment recently. It is also pointed out that early hearing application was allowed on 20.6.2018 whereby the petition was included in the list of final hearing matters. But, when the petition came up for hearing, it stood

6-MCA-292-21.DOC adjourned to enable the parties to discuss the possibility of settlement. It appears that the parties were not able to settle the dispute amicably. For the aforesaid reasons, the application is allowed. It is directed that the Writ Petition shall be listed on top of the final hearing board in the week commencing from 10.1.2022.
