ORAL ORDER (Per M.S. Sonak, J.) The Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority (GCZMA) to decide the petitioner's application for regularization which is pending before it since July, 2019 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today. If the GCZMA decides the application in favour of the applicant, the applicant to forward such decision to the respondent no.6 i.e. the Deputy Town Planner

2 STA No.3505 of 2019 & WP No.894/2019 before whom the applicant's application for technical clearance is pending. The Deputy Town Planner to take decision on this application within a period of four weeks from the date the applicant furnishes copy of the decision of GCZMA. The applicant to furnish copy of the decision of GCZMA, if favourable to the applicant, within one week from the date of its receipt. 2.

Until the GCZMA decides the applicant's application, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive action against the structure of the applicant.

In case the GCZMA makes an order refusing regularization, the respondents will be at liberty to execute the demolition order. Such demolition order should be executed expeditiously. 4.

The petition and the civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no orders as to costs. 5.

All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
