By the order dated 31st August, 2016 while admitting the writ petition, this Court had not only expedited the hearing of the petition, but fixed a date for final hearing in the month of September, 2016. In view thereof, the petition itself can be taken up for final hearing instead of considering the application for interim relief. The interim application is accordingly disposed off.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition be placed on board for final hearing on 13th December, 2016.
