Heard Mr. V. Rodrigues, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. On this occasion, there is no necessity to initiate any action, however, this Court by its order dated 3/2/2016 in W.P. No.813/2015 had directed the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies to dispose off the proceedings before him within a period of six months. This period of 6 months was to be counted from necessary acknowledge of respondent no.2 and when affidavits are filed before him. Mr. Rodrigues submits that acknowledge/affidavit have already been filed. The period of six months has long expired. The Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies by now should have disposed of the proceedings as per

CP/13/2017 the direction of thsi Court.

3. However, yet another opportunity is granted to the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies to dispose of the proceedings positively within a period of four months from today.

4. In case any of the parties fail to cooperate in the matter of disposal of the proceedings, the Assistant Registrar of Cooperative Societies is free to make appropriate orders, so that the directions of this Court are complied with.

5. With the aforesaid directions this petition is disposed off.
