Mr Raghunandan, the learned counsel for the petitioner under the Legal Aid Scheme points out that the relief in this petition is rendered infructuous given the order made by the Tree Officer on 07.06.2022. He points out that even the respondents no.1 and 2 did not object to the application for cutting of the coconut tree.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. The Legal Services Authority to pay Mr Raghunandan's fees as per the rules. Mr Raghunandan points out that Mr Ramakant Pandurang Dessai, the petitioner is also present in the Court and has instructed him to say that the relief in this petition is rendered infructuous. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
