The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant seeks for extension of the ad interim relief granted by this Court on 17/11/2015. It is pointed out by the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant that common issues arise in the above appeal, as well as in First Appeal No.7/2013.

2. Hence, for the reasons stated in the Order dated 12/02/2016 whilst disposing of Civil Application No. 234/2015 in First Appeal No.7/2013, the ad interim order dated 17/11/2015 is extended until further orders. Application stands disposed of accordingly. Liberty to the parties to apply.
