Heard Shri P.P. Singh, the learned Counsel for the applicant.

2. There is a delay of 15 days in preferring the Criminal Revision Application, which, according to the learned Counsel, is because of his sickness for which he has been admitted in hospital on several occasions as well as the applicant was out of station as he hails from Maharashtra due to the sickness of his mother.

3. Shri Nagvekar, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the condonation of delay.

4. On going through the application it seems that there is a sufficient cause. More so, the delay is just of 15 days and, therefore, in the interest of justice it needs to be condoned.
