The above Application is made for speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 7th October, 2022, and more particularly Paragraph 41 thereof.

Mr. Rao, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant-Petitioner in Writ Petition No.320 of 2022 and Writ Petition No. 326 of 2022, has submitted that there is an inadvertent mistake in Paragraph 41 in as much as in line 1 of Paragraph 41, after the words "in all the petitions", the words "of the 1st category" are missed out. 3rd March, 2023

The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the State has stated that this is correct and the aforesaid words ought to be added.

In these circumstances, in Paragraph 41, in the first line, after the words "in all the petitions", the words "of the 1st category" shall be added.

No other correction is sought. The correction shall be carried out in the original Order as well as on the copy uploaded on the server. 6.

The Application for speaking to the Minutes is accordingly disposed of.
