Learned counsel for the parties hand in consent terms which are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Te consent terms are signed by the petitioner's present manager Neetu Swami who is present in the court. Mr Amonkar has identified her. Mr Amonkar submits that Neetu Swami has been duly authorised to file these consent terms.

Te consent terms are also signed by Ms Sufala Naik, the respondent who is present in the court. Ms Sufala Naik has been identified by Mr S. Gaonkar, her advocate. Te consent terms are signed by the advocates for the petitioner and the respondent. 4.

Te parties, including in particular Ms Sufala Naik state that she has signed the consent terms after understanding their full scope and import.

On perusing the consent terms, they appear to be fair and reasonable and not opposed to any public policy. 6.

Accordingly, the consent terms are accepted and this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. 7.

Te petitioners have today handed over a demand draft in an amount of `4,25,000/- to the respondent which she has accepted before the Court. Similarly, the respondent Sufala Naik is permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited by the petitioners in this Court in terms of order dated 06.08.2014 together with the interest if any, that shall have accrued on this amount.

Mr Gaonkar states that the respondent's identity and bank details will be furnished to the Registry within a week from today. Upon verification, the Registry to transfer the deposited amount along with the interest that shall have accrued thereon directly into Ms Sufala Naik's bank account. Tis exercise must be completed at the earliest.

Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Tis court expresses its gratitude to the counsel for the parties as well as the parties themselves for settling this matter amicably. M. S. SONAK, J.
