On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation in the case is complete and the applicant is no longer required for any further investigation in the matter. Considering the status of the investigation and that he is not required in the custody, i deem it appropriate to order the release of the applicant on bail. i, therefore, allow the application and pass the following:

O R D E R

(i) The applicant shall be released on bail on execution of a Bail Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the J.M.F.C., Valpoi.

(ii) He shall not tamper with the witnesses or otherwise hinder the course of investigation.

(iii) He shall make himself available, if required, for any further investigation since the offence under 304 of I.P.C. is also alleged against him.
