Mr. Sardessai, based on instruction from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this petition and resort to the remedy of arbitration in terms of Clause XXV of the contract between the parties. 2.

The learned Advocate General had also raised objection that the Petitioners have alternate and efficacious remedy considering Clause 25 which provides for resolution of disputes through arbitration. 14th June 2022

Accordingly, we grant the Petitioners leave to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for.
