The learned Advocate for the respondent no.1 submits that he has no objection to the withdrawal of the amount deposited in Court with the accrued interest thereon till 2008.

The application is accordingly disposed off with liberty to the applicant to withdraw the amount with interest accrued thereon and without prejudice to his right to adjudicate his claim for additional/deficit amount alongwith the interest before the Executing Court.
