Considering the Government Notification/Order No.1/3/2022/RD-1 dated 04.09.2022, which is now also made a part of this Court's judgment and order dated 31.03.2023 in Writ Petitions No.196 of 2022 and 201 of 2022, we direct the concerned Mamlatdar to dispose of the tenancy application No.JM-I/TNC/5/1998(old) and JM-I/TNC/DECL/1/202 (New), expeditiously and consistent with the Government's directions and this Court's order in the judgment dated 31.03.2023.
