2. The applicant is permitted to incorporate legal representatives of deceased petitioner no.5 on record. However, it is submitted that legal representative of petitioner no.5(d,e,f,g, h, i j) have refused to join as petitioners. Applicants are permitted to amend the petition within a period of 14 days.
