Heard Mr. I. Santimano, learned counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Advocate General appears alongwith Mr. V. Sardessai for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. P. Talaulikar appears for Respondent No.6.

2. The learned Advocate General states that in terms of the directions of this Court, the complaint of the Petitioner has in fact been disposed of however he submits that it was realised that

CP/35/2019 this Court also directed that the Petitioner be heard before the disposal of such complaint. He submits that by inadvertent this was not done. The learned Advocate General now submits that the complaint of the Petitioner will positively be disposed of by Respondent No.4 within two weeks from today after affording opportunity of hearing to both the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.5 in the original petition i.e. Irfan M. Shaikh.

3. Mr. Talaulikar states that Respondent No.6 in this Contempt Petition has already complied with the orders made by this Court.

4. Therefore, by accepting the statement of the learned Advocate General, we dispose of this petition. C. V. BHADANG, J.
