1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner placed on record the notice issued to the petitioner for withdrawal of appearance. He submits that the notice forwarded by the Registered Post was returned unserved with the endorsement that no such person is found at the address.

2. Considering the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, he is permitted to withdraw his appearance.

3. Since the notice issued to the petitioner was received with the endorsement that no person resides on the said address, it will be futile to issue a fresh notice through the Court. The name of the petitioner was called out however he was found absent.

4. Accordingly, it is clear that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present proceedings. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
