The parties have amicably settled their dispute. A copy of the consent terms is produced on record which is marked "X" for identification.

2. The petitioner as well as the respondent no.1 are present in person along with their counsel and they admit the correctness of the consent terms.

3. Having gone through the consent terms and having heard the learned counsel for the parties, it is obvious that the consent terms will have to be produced before the Matrimonial Court(Margao Court).

4. In so far as the present petition is concerned, the claim of the petitioner for maintenance under the Domestic Violence Act was rejected which order is subject matter of challenge in this petition. The record discloses that as per the order dated 5/7/2017, the respondent no.1 is paying Rs.8000/- per month to the petitioner by way of interim arrangement. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.1 submit that the petition could be disposed off in terms of the said order dated 5/7/2017. In such circumstances, the following order is passed: O R D E R:

(i) The petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 5/7/2017.

(ii) The respondent no.1 shall continue to pay an amount of Rs.8000/- per month to the petitioner.

(iii) The amount so paid from today onwards shall be adjusted against the total payment as agreed between the parties in the consent terms.

(iv) The petition stands disposed off in the aforesaid terms. C. V. BHADANG, J.
