The Applicants have applied for a stay on the execution of the impugned award. Mr. Faldessai states that the amount which is awarded by the impugned award will be deposited in this Court within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, there shall be restraint on the execution of the impugned award subject to deposit of entire awarded amount together with interest in this Court within a period of four weeks from today as undertaken. If there is any default in making such deposit, this ad-interim relief to stand vacated without any further reference to this Court.

The Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 26th August 2021
