1. In continuation of the order dated 11.3.2024, learned counsel representing the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority states that the show cause notice pending before the Authority shall be disposed of within a period of three months from today. The said statement is accepted.

2. He states that against the order passed by the Village Panchayat, the proceedings are pending before the Additional Director of Panchayats-II Margao, South Goa and according to him, this proceedings are pending for last one year.

3. We also expect the authority to dispose of the proceedings within a period of three months from today.
