This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

2. I have heard Shri Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate for applicants and Shri Lotlikar, the learned Counsel for the respondent.

3. It is pointed out that in First Appeals arising out of the same Award passed by the Land Acquisition Officer, the delay has been condoned and the First Appeals are registered as First

MCA/887/2018 Appeal Nos.66 and 138 of 2018. In that view of the matter and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Let the First Appeal be registered.
