This is an application for correcting the typographical error which has crept in para 2 of the judgment and order dated 28.08.2019 in First Appeal No.127/2003.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the survey no.256/6 ought to be survey no.255/6. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection.

3. Thus, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The survey number as appearing in para 2 of the

MCA/962/2019 judgment shall accordingly be corrected as survey no.255/6 and the corrected judgment shall be uploaded.

4. The Civil application is disposed off.
