2. Shri Menezes, learned Advocate for the petitioner confirms that the coconut tree in question has been duly reined in with the help of a rope and net and it causes no nuisance to the respondent at the moment in view of the reinforcement .

3. In view thereof, nothing survives in the petitioner which is accordingly disposed off. The impugned orders are quashed and set aside.
