2. i have considered the grounds urged in the application which have been amply affirmed on oath and not rebutted on behalf of the respondent despite due opportunity. It is mostly due to administrative hassles and the process of getting necessary approvals that there has been a delay in moving the application in filing the appeal. Learned Additional Government Advocate

MCA/892/2018 for the applicants submits that a batch of appeals arising out of the same notification have been admitted after condoning the delay of innumerable number of days. On that count too this application is allowed. In view thereof, the delay is condoned. The Registry to register the appeal. The application accordingly stands disposed off.
