Mr Ramani, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners, based on instructions from the Petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw this Petition because, the matter has now been amicably settled given this Court's order dated 30/8/2021. Mr Bhobe, based on the instructions from the parties who are present in the Court, also confirms that the matter has been settled. 2.

Mr Bhobe states that a draft of the sale deed will be furnished to the Petitioners at least a week before the date set for its execution. The statement, which is made upon instructions of 17/03/23

Mr. Bhobe further states that after the sale deed is executed and lodged for registration, the Decree-holder will apply for disposal of the execution proceedings, which are pending. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, without any orders for costs.
