Mr. Menezes appearing for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner has filed application for amendment vide Miscellaneous Civil Application no. 2742/2023(F) in Writ Petition No. 736 /2015 and Miscellaneous Civil Applications no. 584/2023 in Writ Petition No. 737/2015.

He submits that prayer clause in one of the petition needs to be amended in tune with the prayer clause of other petition. He further submits that there are other subsequent events which needs to be brought on record. Mr. Salkar appearing for the State submits that he has no objection but requests for time to file affidavit in reply to the amended petition.

Miscellaneous Civil Application no. 2742/2023(F) in Writ Petition No. 736 /2015 and Miscellaneous Civil Applications no. 584/2023 in Writ Petition No. 737/2015 stands allowed.

4.The Petitioner to amend the Petitions within a period of two weeks.Amended copy of the petitions to be furnished to the

Respondents.

The Respondents are permitted to file Affidavit in reply on the amended petition within four weeks, thereafter. 5.
