2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

3. Shri Shirodkar, the learned Additional Government Advocate points out that in First Appeal nos.66 and 138 of 2018, arising out of the same Award passed by the Land Acquisition Officer, the delay has already been condoned. In that view of the matter

MCA/891/2018 and for reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. Let First Appeal be registered.
