Registry to waive office objections and register these matters. 2.
Learned Advocate submits that the entire compensation has been deposited with the bank on 02.09.2024. This has been stated in the compounding application with a certificate stating that the Loan 6th October, 2025
55 CRMA 112-2025 Account stands closed which annexed to the application. An amount of Rs.15,000/- has been deposited with the GSLSA in terms of the order dated 28.07.2025 of this Court. An application for compounding of the offence has been placed on record. 3.
Though several attempts have been made to ensure the presence of the Respondent Cooperative Bank, none appear despite having been served. Considering that the Applicant has now made the entire payment of compensation and has deposited the penalty amount, the Applicant stands acquitted of the offence under Section 138 of the N.I. Act of which he was convicted by order dated 04/04/2023 and 01.06.2023 of the J.M.F.C. at Bicholim in Criminal Case No. OA/185/2021/A.

The Certificate dated 02.09.2024 annexed to the Criminal Revision Application states that the loan account stands closed on the Applicant depositing the entire loan amount due, which includes the amount of compensation in the present case.
