On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for some time and for reasons separately recorded, I do not find that any case for interference is made out. The petition is accordingly dismissed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners at this stage states that the accused no.2 is a lady, who is a housewife staying at Hyderabad, while Accused no.3 is an elderly person staying at Hyderabad. It is submitted that the accused no.1 is serving in Dubai. The learned counsel points out that the matter before the learned Magistrate is fixed tomorrow for framing of charge. He seeks an order for limited period for exemption from appearance.

3. The learned Public Prosecutor has no objection for granting personal exemption for tomorrow.

4. In such circumstances, the personal appearance of the accused before the learned Magistrate on 30/11/2017 is hereby exempted. After the charge is framed it would be open for the petitioner to apply for permanent exemption and if such an application is filed, the learned Magistrate shall decide it in accordance with law.
