Mr Rao based on the instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. However, Mr Rao states that the time for deposit of 12 lakhs may be extended. He states that within ₹ one month from today, the amount of 12 lakhs will be positively ₹ deposited. If this amount is not deposited within one month from today, then, the interim relief granted to stand vacated without further reference to this Court.
