2. Both the learned Advocates seriously do not oppose the petition and concede that the impugned order needs to be set

WP/1093/2017 aside.

3. Having heard the learned Advocate for sometime the impugned order cannot be sustained and therefore the Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned order is quashed and set aside and the delay in filing the revision application is condoned. The parties are permitted to appear before the learned Administrative Tribunal on 23/07/2018 at 10.00 hours.
