Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the parties on Misc. Civil Application No.970/2017 seeking condonation of delay in filing the review petition, seeking review of the order dated 14th March, 2017 passed in Writ Petition No.846/2016. The delay is of 204 days.

2. The respondents have filed reply to the said application, opposing the condonation of delay.

3. Having gone through the averments made in the application and its reply, we are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for not filing the review petition within time.
