REGISTRAR'S ORDER The Appellant has filed an Application to issue notice to the Respondent No.10 by substituted service by way of publication of notice in local daily Newspaper circulated in the State of Goa. The Bailiff Report dated 07.01.2015, reveals that the Bailiff informed that no such office of the Respondent No.10 was found at the given address.

The Bailiff Report dated 10.10.2017 disclosed that, the Bailiff came to know that the office of the Respondent No. 10 is shifted to Columb. The Ld. Advocate for the Appellant states that they tried to find the new address but could not find. According to the address in Appeal Memo, it is the last known address.

The Application is supported by Affidavit. It is noticed that the notice will not be served unless by substituted service by way of publication.

Application is allowed. Issue notice to Respondent No. 10 by substituted service which shall be published in "Navhind Times" or any other local daily circulated in the State of Goa.

The Appellant shall pay the process fees, collect notice for publication. After service, the Appellant shall file the published notice along with the Affidavit of Service.
