1. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned Addl. Govt. Advocate Shri Priolkar has placed on record the Minutes of the meeting of the Purchase Committee constituted for the Konkan Maritime Cluster held on 23/07/2024. At Para 7 of the Minutes, it is stated that the Purchase Committee has decided to relook into the specifications for various machineries and deliberate on the same before initiating retendering process. It is submitted that the petition 30th July, 2024

WP 866 of 2023 will be treated as a representation and then the retendering process shall be initiated. The Minutes are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
