Naik, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.4 and Ms. Ketki Pednekar, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent No.8.

2. By consent of the parties, the petition stands disposed of in the following terms :

(I) Respondent No.8 shall, within a period of two weeks from today, file reply to the notice dated 20th October, 2016 issued by respondent No.4 and produce the supporting documents. Respondent

WP/1041/2016 No. 4 shall decide the said notice within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of reply from the respondent No.8. (II) Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa for the petitioner produces a photograph showing the status of construction at site as on today. The photograph is taken on file and marked "X" for identification. Ms. Ketki Pednekar appearing for respondent No.8 makes a statement that respondent No.8 shall not carry out any further construction and maintain status, as reflected in the photograph "X" during the hearing of the notice. The statement is accepted. The statement shall continue for a period of two weeks after the decision of respondent No.4 on the notice in question. (III) The construction materials seen in the photograph "X", as dumped on the road, shall be removed by the parties within a period of one week from today.
