Heard Mr Ryan Menezes for the Petitioner. Learned Advocate General appears along with Mr Arolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and 12.

For the order that we propose to make, no notice is necessary to the remaining Respondents.

The Petitioner has certain grievances about the technical clearance order dated 18.07.2017 and the licence granted by the Panchayat based thereon. Mr Menezes points out that this technical clearance order was renewed on 23.03.2021.

The Petitioner had made representations and has now made a consolidated representation by way of a legal notice dated 14.07.2021 (Annexure O) at pages 111 to 113 of the paper book. 5.

Learned Advocate General states that the Senior Town Planner i.e. Respondent No.3 will consider and dispose of the Petitioner's representation within two months from today. In the peculiar facts of this case, Respondent No.3 must hear the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 6 to 11 before passing any orders on the Petitioner's representation. 6.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by accepting the learned Advocate General's statement and directing Respondent No.3 to act accordingly.
