The above application is filed to show the name of the Appellant No.1.1 (Smt. Shantabai Narayan Vaigankar) as deceased since she has expired on 1st February 2015 and all her heirs are already on record being Appellant Nos.1.2 to 1.10. 2.

Considering the facts stated in the application and after hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, the above application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 8a which reads thus:- "For an order recording against the name of the Appellant No.1.1 that she is deceased"
