This is an application for restoration of the appeal by setting aside the order dated 21/9/2018 passed by the Registrar (J) of this Court for non compliance with the office objections. As the registration of the matter was refused, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall remove the office objections within two weeks from today.

3. The statement is accepted.

4. In such circumstances, the impugned order dated 21/9/2018 is

MCA/116/2019 hereby set aside. The office shall register the petition subject to removal of the office objections by the applicant within two weeks from today. If the office objections are not removed, within two weeks from today, the order of the Registrar(J) shall stand as it is.
