2. Rule. Heard forthwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent waives service.

3. The point for consideration is whether the learned Judge was justified to pass interim order to extend time to carry out the amendment pursuant to the order of this Court dated 17.07.2015.

4. Upon hearing the learned Counsel, Mr. Godinho, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the amendment shall be carried
