2. This is an application for withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court in view of the settlement arrived at before the Lok Adalat and which was subsequently confirmed before this Court.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents has no objection. Hence, the application is allowed.

4. The Applicants/claimants are accordingly permitted to

MCA/888/2016 withdraw the sum of Rs.4,31,281/- alongwith interest accrued thereon, if any. The Registry is directed to disburse the amount accordingly.
