This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent on record who died on 30/3/2018. This application is filed on 24/10/2018.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the parties , the delay in filing the application is condoned.

3. The application is allowed. The applicant is permitted to bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record. The necessary incorporation to be carried out within two weeks.

4. Issue notice to the newly added respondents as mentioned in

MCA/914/2018 para 3 of the application, returnable on 7/12/2018. The learned counsel waives service for the newly added respondents. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.
