This is an application for condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the appeal.

2. Shri M. Marcel, learned Advocate for the applicant reiterated the contents of the application regarding the delay in filing the appeal and sought for its condonation.

3. Shri V. Sardessai, learned Advocate for the respondent no.2 has no serious objection to the condonation of delay. There is no participation on behalf of the respondent no.3 despite due opportunity.

4. The grounds urged in the application are not controverted by the respondents and the same are found satisfactory, hence the
