Misc. Civil Applications, if any, do not survive the disposal of the Appeal and the same are also disposed of. 4.

The amount of 25,000/-, deposited by the Appellant, can ₹ now be withdrawn by the Respondent-Claimant. This permission was already granted vide order dated 11 th August, 2022.

The Goa State Legal Services Authority (GSLSA) should ensure that Mr Keny is paid his fees in terms of the Rules. His fees are in addition to the gratitude which this Court expresses to Mr Keny for appearing in this matter. The GSLSA must now ensure that at least this amount of 25,000/- reaches the ₹ SANTOSH S MHAMAL Respondent-Claimant, at the earliest.
