Heard Mr. S. Saudagar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms. S. Mordekar, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos. 1 and 2.

2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in the meanwhile the Health Officer had already issued a show cause notice to the petitioner and the petitioner shall appear and take his stand before such concerned authority. It is also pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that such action has been initiated in compliance with the provisions of Section 29-A(i) of the Goa Public Health Act, 1985. The learned Additional Government Advocate submits that in view of the ad-interim order dated 26.11.2015 passed by this Court, the disputed premises

WP/890/2015 belonging to the petitioner have already been de-sealed.

3. As proceedings have already been initiated in terms of the relevant provisions of law, the question of proceeding with the above petition would not arise. Needless to say that any further action, if any taken by the concerned authorities on the subject premises would be based on the final outcome of such show cause notice issued by the Director of the Health Services and in accordance with law.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
