1. The Petitioner is represented by Sister Vandana who is a signatory to the Consent Terms.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 and learned Additional Government Advocate for the Respondent No. 3.

3. Today Petitioner as well as Respondent No. 2 are present in person and submit Consent Terms.

4. The Petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 2 submit that they have settled the matter outside the Court and have agreed as per the Terms filed today for the purpose of disposal of the present petition.

5. On perusal of the Consent Terms, it reveals that the dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2 is settled in view of the Consent Terms. The Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Education Department is performa party in the present proceeding.

6. The Terms of Settlement are accepted and marked 'X' for identification.

7. The petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the Consent Terms filed today by the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2. Accordingly, MCA No. 834/2018 and MCA No. 135/2023 stands disposed of.
