2. Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that the fine amount as directed by the impugned Judgment is already deposited on 04.11.2016. It is also not disputed that during the pendency of the trial, the Applicant was released on bail.

3. In such circumstances, the operation of the impugned Judgment dated 21.10.2016 to the extent of imposing of sentence of imprisonment is stayed until further orders.
